Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical

Experience: 8–12 Years

Main Purpose of Role:

To lead the Sales of the AHU Division in order to achieve well defined and pre-agreed business strategic targets. The candidate must be knowledgeable about the HVAC market in the region and be able to ensure optimum utilisation of resources for achievement of agreed business targets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assess the market potential in the region for the Company’s HVAC products/Systems
- Assess and analyse key competitor activities and strategies and report internally and help in creating counter moves.
- Be able to create business opportunities and generate enquiries matching the key growth initiatives of the Company
- Achieving the Budget figures
- Create, participate in and monitor the effectiveness of business promotion programmes in line with the company’s strategies
- Establish regular contacts with regional Customers, End-users, Consultants and EPC Contractors.

Person Specification/Profile:





- Must be minimum a Graduate Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an acceptable Engineering college in India .
- Should have a minimum experience of 10-12 years in Sales the AHU in similar organisations.
- Must have a passion to achieve
- Should possess good written/oral communication skills, analytical skills, interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent leadership and sales skills
- Must possess a good technical skills
- Valuable in English and regional language.
