Role Description The Sales Manager (Commercial Vehicles) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for driving sales of commercial vehicles through effective lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management with individual and corporate customers.

The Sales

Manager will develop and execute sales plans, conduct market research, and monitor competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales reports, forecasting demand, and representing the company at relevant events and meetings.

- Candidates should possess organizational and reporting skills, including maintaining CRM records, preparing sales reports, and tracking performance metrics.
- Relevant experience in commercial vehicle sales or automotive industry sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Ability to work in office in Chennai, travel locally as needed, and meet periodic sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales or CRM software is an advantage.
