Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated team leader in real estate to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and real estate sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Set daily and monthly targets and ensure achievement.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.
- Guide team members in converting leads into successful bookings.
- Monitor individual and team performance regularly.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales training and support.
- Build solid relationships with customers and understand their property requirements.
- Coordinate with the marketing and management teams for lead generation and sales activities.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular updates to management.




- Ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales/team handling.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle customer queries and sales negotiations.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits.
