Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets

- Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial automation products

- Identify new business opportunities in sectors like water treatment, power, and data centers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and system integrators

- Handle key accounts and large-value projects

- Drive lead generation , pipeline management, and conversion

- Collaborate with technical teams for solution-based selling

- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Required Skills Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or related field

- Proven experience in industrial automation sales (PLC, SCADA, IIoT, networking)

- Strong leadership and team management skills





- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

- Ability to handle B2B sales cycles and technical discussions

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Preferred Skills

- Experience in brands like Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Phoenix Contact , etc.

- Exposure to panel builders, EPC contractors, and OEMs

- Solid network in industrial sectors
