Role Description The Sales Intern role at Jomotel Hotels is a full-time, on-site position based in Rohini. The intern will support the sales team in generating leads, following up with inquiries, and assisting in converting prospects into bookings across Jomotel’s properties. Daily activities include communicating with potential and existing guests, maintaining sales records, preparing basic sales reports, and supporting promotions and campaigns.

The role also involves coordinating with the customer service and operations teams to ensure a smooth guest experience,



as well as participating in sales training and learning about hospitality industry best practices.

The Sales

Intern will work closely with supervisors to meet individual and team targets while gaining hands-on exposure to hotel sales processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management-related skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and basic pipeline tracking.
- Candidates should possess the ability to participate in and apply Training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Candidates should demonstrate basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, along with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Candidates should be enthusiastic about the hospitality industry, able to work on-site in Rohini, and comfortable collaborating in a team workplace.
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or current enrollment in such a program) is preferred but not mandatory.
