Role Description The Sales Intern role is a full-time, remote position supporting the growth of Work4Flow’s enterprise automation solutions. On a day-to-day basis, the Sales Intern will assist in identifying prospective clients, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. This role includes supporting sales calls and demos, preparing presentation materials, and following up with prospects to ensure timely responses.

The Sales

Intern will collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand client needs, gather feedback, and help refine sales messaging. Additional responsibilities may include market research, competitor analysis, and contributing to internal reports on sales performance and pipeline activity.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with prospects and internal teams.
- Foundational Sales skills,



including lead qualification and relationship building.
- Interest or experience in Training and Sales Management concepts to support sales enablement activities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems; familiarity with enterprise software or ServiceNow is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with basic research skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated curiosity about AI, automation, and enterprise technology solutions.
