We is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and manage our overall sales operations in Nagpur.

If you have strong leadership skills, sales experience, and the ability to drive business growth across showroom and field sales, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Experience: Relevant experience in Sales/Business Development preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Take overall responsibility for the company’s sales performance and growth.
- Lead and manage showroom sales and field sales operations.
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure achievement.
- Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team.




- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Generate current business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle key customers and support the team in closing important deals.
- Monitor sales performance, leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the showroom, field, operations, and management teams.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide sales reports to management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a smooth sales process.
- Take ownership of achieving the company’s overall sales objectives

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in sales/team management.
- Ability to manage both indoor showroom sales and outdoor field sales.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good understanding of customer handling and business development.
- Ability to independently manage sales operations and lead a team.
- Candidates with experience in home furnishings, interiors, home décor, or related industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
