Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area.

The Sales

Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients, explain service offerings, and guide them through the subscription and onboarding process. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, conducting consultations, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The role involves meeting sales targets, preparing reports, coordinating with the matchmaking and operations teams, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Executive is expected to represent the brand professionally, follow up consistently, and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Proven sales aptitude, including lead conversion, negotiation, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer service orientation, with skills in handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive client experience.
- Basic computer and CRM skills, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and using communication tools effectively.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Hyderabad Area and manage time and workload efficiently.
- Prior experience in sales, telesales, or client-facing roles in services sectors (such as matrimony, hospitality, or financial services) is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; higher qualifications are welcome.
