Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the Bakery, Cakes, Ice Creams, Cheesecakes, Cookies, Desserts, Confectionery, Food, or FMCG industry.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of bakery and dessert products, strong communication and relationship-management skills, and the ability to generate new business while managing existing customers across the Noida/Delhi NCR market.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent sales opportunities and develop business within the assigned territory.
- Identify and approach potential customers including cafs, restaurants, hotels, bakeries, QSRs, cloud kitchens, retail stores, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Promote and sell cakes, pastries, cheesecakes, ice creams, cookies, desserts, and other bakery products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new customers, market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, sales activities, orders, and collections.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate product or service requirements to management.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, promotions, and market activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

Desired Candidate Profile





- 2 - 6 years of relevant sales experience in Bakery, Confectionery, Desserts, Ice Cream, Cakes, Food Service, FMCG, or related industries.
- Hands-on knowledge of cakes, pastries, cheesecakes, ice creams, cookies, desserts, and bakery products is highly preferred.
- Experience in B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, HORECA Sales, Distributor Sales, or Retail Sales will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the Noida/Delhi NCR market and an existing customer network will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and convert them into business.
- Target-oriented with a focus on sales growth and customer retention.
- Good understanding of sales processes, order management, and collections.
- Comfortable with regular market visits and field sales activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and sales reporting.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving licence preferred/required for regular field visits.
- Male candidates preferred.

Education Minimum: Graduate in Any Discipline

Candidates with an educational background in Sales, Marketing, Hotel Management, Food Technology, FMCG, or Hospitality will be preferred.
