About the Role
This is a full-time, field-based sales role. The Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, introducing Zeyka products, onboarding new retailers, taking orders, and building strong relationships with store owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit grocery stores, supermarkets, bakeries and other retail outlets on assigned routes.
- Introduce and promote Zeyka products to retailers.
- Identify and onboard new stores and retail customers.
- Take orders from existing retailers and generate repeat sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
- Ensure product availability and improve visibility at retail outlets.
- Identify recent sales opportunities in the assigned area.
- Follow up with retailers and work towards monthly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and share relevant insights with the team.
Who We're Looking For
- Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Energetic and comfortable with field work and daily travel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Previous FMCG or retail sales experience is an advantage.
- Candidates who are self-motivated and willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
