Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Answer incoming calls, online questions, and walk-in visitors.
- Client Consultations: Meet with homeowners to learn their style, needs, and project price limits.
- Presentations: Show design ideas, material samples, mood boards, and past projects to clients.
- Quotations & Proposals: Work with the design team to make cost estimates, project timelines, and price quotes.
- Negotiation & Closing: Talk through contract terms, clear up doubts, and close the sale.
- Handoff to Operations: Pass clear project notes and client choices to the design and execution teams.




- CRM Tracking: Log all client talks, meetings, and lead updates in the company software. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of sales experience, ideally in home interiors, modular kitchens, or real estate.
- Communication: Great speaking, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of interior materials, finishes, space planning, and modular furniture.
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using office software (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
- Mindset: Target-driven, active, and customer-focused.
