We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive with experience in back office sales and tele calling, including overseas or international clients. You will contact leads by phone, present our products or services, follow up, and close sales.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers, including overseas clients
- Explain products and services and handle customer questions and objections
- Generate leads, follow up consistently, and convert them into sales
- Coordinate with the back office team on orders, documentation, and quotations
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer records in the CRM
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or back office sales




- Experience handling overseas or international clients (preferred)
- Excellent spoken English; additional languages such as Hindi or Malayalam are a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and email
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work with international time zones if required
- Any graduate (preferred)
