What you'll do Own a pipeline of corporate, brand, agency and social-sector leads from first conversation to close Run discovery calls that pin down the brief, budget, timeline and decision maker before a proposal goes out Work with the creative team to shape proposals, treatments and cost estimates that win on value, not just price Convert one-off projects into monthly content retainers and grow existing accounts Follow up outbound leads, including RFPs, event and AV requirements, and industry introductions Pitch in person and on video to marketing heads, corporate communications teams, agencies and procurement Keep every lead, call and next step up to date in the CRM, and report weekly on pipeline, conversion and forecast Feed back what you hear in the market to the marketing team: objections, pricing pressure, competitors and which lead sources convert Handle negotiation, commercial terms and payment milestones through to handover to production What you bring 6+ years in B2B sales, at least 4 of them in the media industry: a production house, ad or creative agency, broadcaster,



digital agency or events company A record of closing production or media deals, with numbers you can walk us through A working understanding of how films get made (pre-production, shoot days, crew, post) and what drives cost An existing network among brand, marketing and corporate communications teams in India Confident written and spoken English; Hindi is a plus Comfort writing proposals and estimates and presenting them to senior clients Discipline with follow-ups and pipeline hygiene Positive to have Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Voice or other Zoho One apps Experience selling retainers or annual content contracts Exposure to international clients, especially the US, Canada or UAE Experience responding to RFPs and tenders, including for development-sector organisations What we offer Fixed salary plus incentive on closed revenue A portfolio that opens doors, and a creative team that delivers what you sell Direct access to the founder and a real say in how the sales function is built Room to grow as we expand into the US and UAE
