Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Jeypore.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, presenting company services, and explaining value propositions clearly and professionally. Day-to-day tasks include managing leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting agreed sales targets. The role involves preparing quotations or proposals, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and persuasive communication.
- Ability to conduct outreach, generate leads, and manage a structured sales pipeline.
- Competence in basic business communication, including preparing proposals and maintaining sales documentation.
- Comfort using common office software and digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, email, CRM systems).
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines and targets.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

- Willingness to work on-site in Jeypore and travel locally for client meetings as required.
