Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Noida, with a salary up to 4.5 LPA.

The Sales

Executive will engage with prospective clients, understand their property requirements, and recommend suitable real estate options. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, following up with clients, and supporting them through the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM systems, coordinating with internal teams for inventory and pricing, and meeting defined sales and revenue targets.

Executive is expected to represent Square Yard professionally, provide timely responses to client queries, and contribute to local market intelligence and sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Robust sales and negotiation abilities, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to present property solutions clearly and build trust.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market or willingness to quickly learn property types, pricing, and local regulations.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software to manage client data and sales reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, conduct regular client meetings and site visits, and manage time and priorities effectively.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience in real estate, financial services, or retail sales is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented mindset, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and readiness to work flexible hours as required by clients.
