Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, making charges and offers.
- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond and other jewellery products.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups and customer feedback professionally.
- Maintain proper product display and ensure showroom standards.
- Support billing, order processing and basic documentation.
- Stay updated on jewellery collections, trends and pricing.
- Coordinate with the store team for smooth customer service and sales operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
