Most coaches are brilliant at their sport. Very few have the strength & conditioning expertise to keep athletes improving and injury-free. That's the gap MatchFit Pro was built to close.

MatchFit Pro is an AI-powered S&C; app for athletes across every sport, from youth academy players to pros. It builds personalised, sport-specific training, tracks progress against position benchmarks, and flags recovery issues before they become injuries.

We're a UK-based team (part of Amaven) now launching internationally. We're looking for a driven salesperson to help put MatchFit Pro into the hands of coaches and academies.

What you'll do

Recruit and onboard coaches into our Coach Partner Programme

Build relationships with academies and clubs, from first conversation through to rollout

Run demos with head coaches, academy directors and performance staff

Prospect via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and at coaching events and tournaments

Keep the CRM (Zoho) up to date and feed coach feedback back to the product team





What we're looking for A background in sport, such as coaching, playing, S&C; or sports science

Experience in sales, business development or partnerships (sport, fitness or SaaS ideal)

Credibility with coaches: you can talk training, performance and injury prevention confidently

Comfortable starting conversations from scratch and following through to a close

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving startup
