Most coaches are brilliant at their sport. Very few have the strength & conditioning expertise to keep athletes improving and injury-free. That's the gap MatchFit Pro was built to close.
MatchFit Pro is an AI-powered S&C; app for athletes across every sport, from youth academy players to pros. It builds personalised, sport-specific training, tracks progress against position benchmarks, and flags recovery issues before they become injuries.
We're a UK-based team (part of Amaven) now launching internationally. We're looking for a driven salesperson to help put MatchFit Pro into the hands of coaches and academies.
What you'll do
- Recruit and onboard coaches into our Coach Partner Programme
- Build relationships with academies and clubs, from first conversation through to rollout
- Run demos with head coaches, academy directors and performance staff
- Prospect via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and at coaching events and tournaments
- Keep the CRM (Zoho) up to date and feed coach feedback back to the product team
What we're looking for
- A background in sport, such as coaching, playing, S&C; or sports science
- Experience in sales, business development or partnerships (sport, fitness or SaaS ideal)
- Credibility with coaches: you can talk training, performance and injury prevention confidently
- Comfortable starting conversations from scratch and following through to a close
- Self-starter who thrives in a rapid-moving startup
- Delhi NCR
