Role Description The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales of Kazma’s glass hardware systems, silicone sealants, and architectural accessories. Day-to-day activities include meeting prospective clients, conducting product presentations, preparing and following up on quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales in line with company targets.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support, while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and market feedback.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring regular visits to customers such as architects, contractors, fabricators, and distributors.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, hardware, architectural products, or related industries.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain product features and benefits clearly to customers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-based, on-site sales environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the local Jaipur market and willingness to travel within the region as required.
