Role & responsibilities
Manage counter sales at the jewellery store.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and increase loyalty.
- Coordinate with other counters to promote cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in any retail sales or related field (Fresher are eligible)
- Strong understanding of gems, gold, retail outlets, retail sales, showroom management, showroom sales.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
