Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join Johns Honda. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable Honda products, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

Handle showroom and online customer enquiries.

Understand customer requirements and explain suitable Honda models.

Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance, insurance, and offers.

Arrange and conduct test drives.

Generate leads through calls, referrals, and customer follow-ups.

Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.

Maintain customer records and follow up regularly.

Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.

Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

Positive attitude with a willingness to achieve sales targets.

Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.

Automobile sales experience is preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
