Sales Executive / Telecaller – Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain and promote products/services based on customer requirements. Generate leads and convert prospects into customers . Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally. Maintain accurate customer and call details in the CRM/dialer . Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets . Maintain required calling, productivity, and conversion benchmarks. Complete customer verification/KYC and application formalities, wherever applicable. Follow company quality, compliance, and data-security guidelines . Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and issue resolution. Participate in product/process training and quality feedback sessions. Ensure a qualified customer experience throughout the sales journey.
