This role requires you to speak directly with international business owners, explain our services, handle objections, follow up and close sales.

Please do not apply if you have no relevant sales experience, cannot confidently communicate in English, or have only worked in social media content creation, design or marketing delivery without selling these services.

About the Role

We are hiring 2 experienced Sales Executives to generate new business and convert prospects into paying clients.

Your primary focus will be selling social media management packages and website development services. You will also sell SEO, digital advertising, CRM solutions, branding and creative services.

This is a sales position with responsibility for closing deals and achieving agreed sales targets. You must already understand the services you are selling and be able to explain their value clearly to business owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients and generate new business through outbound prospecting.
- Contact business owners through calls, emails and other approved channels.
- Understand each prospect’s business, marketing needs and budget.
- Explain social media management packages and website services clearly and confidently.




- Recommend suitable services based on the client’s requirements.
- Prepare and send quotations and proposals.
- Handle questions, objections and pricing discussions professionally.
- Follow up consistently and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and provide regular progress updates.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure a clear handover after each sale.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following:

- At least 2 years of direct sales experience selling digital marketing services.
- Previous experience selling both social media management and website development services.
- Excellent spoken and written English, including the ability to conduct a complete sales conversation independently.
- A proven record of converting leads into paying clients.
- Practical understanding of social media management, websites, SEO and digital advertising.
- Ability to explain service packages, deliverables, pricing and business benefits.
- Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, handling objections and closing sales.
- Comfortable communicating professionally with international clients.
- Ability to work independently in a remote role and manage follow-ups consistently.

General sales experience alone is insufficient. Experience in customer support, telecalling, appointment setting or marketing delivery alone does not meet the requirements of this role.
