Help us build Dalux's presence in Cardiff

We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Sales Executive to establish and grow Dalux's presence in Wales. Based in Cardiff, you will become the first Dalux employee in the area, playing a pivotal role in building our local presence, developing customer relationships, and driving growth across the Welsh construction industry.

This is a unique chance for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys building something from the ground up, and is excited by the challenge of opening new doors and creating lasting business impact. As the first Daluxian in Cardiff, you will have the freedom to shape our local market presence while being supported by an experienced and collaborative UK & Ireland team.

What will you be doing?

As our first Sales Executive, you will be responsible for

- Building Dalux's presence in Wales: establish and grow our footprint across the region by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Proactively engaging with customers: identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Driving the full sales cycle: manage sales activities from prospecting and product demonstrations through negotiations and contract signing.
- Representing Dalux in the market: attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen our brand and local presence.
- Supporting customer success: collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure customers achieve value from their investment in Dalux.

What are we looking for? We are looking for a driven sales professional with experience in complex B2B SaaS sales and a proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
