Job Summary

Drive top-of-funnel growth for Lyftek - generate leads, qualify prospects, run first meetings and demos, and move deals toward closure across our software, RPA, cloud, cybersecurity and AI/GenAI offerings.

Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads via cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals and events.

- Understand client pain points and map them to the right Lyftek service/product (e.g. RPA for pharma/finance ops, GenAI, custom software, staffing).

- Deliver first-level product demos and pitches; coordinate technical demos with pre-sales/CTO.

- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM; keep every stage updated and forecast-ready.

- Prepare proposals, quotations and follow-ups; negotiate under manager guidance.

- Hit monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and closed revenue.

- Represent Lyftek professionally to enterprise and healthcare clients, in India and export markets.

Requirements

- 1-3 years B2B/IT-services sales (software, SaaS, RPA, cloud or IT staffing preferred).





- Strong communication in English + Hindi/Marathi; explicit written proposals.

- Comfortable explaining tech value (automation, AI, cloud) in business terms - not deep technical, but conversant.

- CRM discipline (HubSpot/Zoho or similar), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, decent Excel/Docs.

- Consultative selling instinct: listens, qualifies, doesnt just pitch.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, resilient with follow-ups.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to RPA/AI/automation or healthcare/pharma/BFSI clients.

- Existing network in Pune/Maharashtra enterprise market.
