Role Overview

We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive who can independently manage the sales funnel from lead generation to closure and build a strong pipeline of SME/MSME clients.

Key Responsibilities u25cf Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and other channels.

u25cf Prospect and qualify SME/MSME businesses and identify decision-makers.

u25cf Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead Meeting Requirement Quote Negotiation Closure.

u25cf Sell and cross-sell insurance solutions including GMC, GPA, GTL, Workmen Compensation, Property, Marine, Cyber, Liability and SME insurance.

u25cf Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve premium/revenue targets.

u25cf Build long-term relationships with Founders, HR Heads, CFOs and Finance/Admin heads.

u25cf Maintain accurate CRM and follow-up records.

u25cf Coordinate with internal placement and servicing teams for smooth client onboarding.

Ideal Candidate Profile u25cf 2-6 years of B2B/new-business sales experience.





u25cf Preferably from insurance broking, corporate insurance or employee benefits.

u25cf Candidates from banking, financial services, fintech or other B2B financial-product sales may also be considered.

u25cf Proven hunter profile with lead-generation and closure experience.

u25cf Strong preference for candidates with an existing SME/MSME prospect network/funnel.

u25cf Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

u25cf Insurance qualifications such as III / NIA certification are an advantage.

Education u25cf Graduate in any discipline.

u25cf MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Finance or a related field is an advantage.

u25cf Insurance qualifications/certifications such as III/NIA are an advantage, particularly for candidates from the insurance industry.
