Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kolkata.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting project offerings, conducting site visits, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. Daily activities include managing inquiries, maintaining relationships with existing and prospective buyers, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and closure of deals. The role also involves preparing sales reports, tracking market trends and competitor activity,



and participating in promotional events or client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

- Sales and client relationship skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and customer service in real estate or related industries.

- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present property information clearly and build trust with diverse clients.

- Organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining records, preparing basic reports, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

- Basic understanding of real estate market dynamics, pricing, and local regulations relevant to property transactions.

- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, travel to project locations, and manage field activities effectively.

- Comfort with using phones, email, and common office software for follow-ups, reporting, and coordination.

- Prior experience in real estate sales or construction-related business development is preferred.

- Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional training in sales or marketing is an advantage.
