Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Patna. The Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales process for residential and commercial real estate projects, including prospecting, lead qualification, property presentations, and closing transactions. The role involves maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely follow-up.

The Sales

Executive will collaborate with project, marketing,



and advisory teams to align customer requirements with available inventory and project timelines. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate sales records, tracking performance against targets, and contributing to local market insights and customer feedback.

Qualifications

- Robust sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in real estate or related sectors.
- Customer relationship management skills, including follow-up discipline and service orientation.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, both in-person and over phone or digital channels.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and business communication software.
- Ability to understand local real estate markets and interpret pricing, inventory, and project details.
- Comfort working on-site, conducting regular client meetings and property visits in Patna.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate sales, construction, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
