Job Summary

- Customer visits. Be with the customer as much as possible.
- Build relationships with key decision makers.
- Develop explicit understanding of customer’s needs.
- Investigate and resolve customer’s issues.
- Identify and develop new customers.
- Present SMS’s products and services to customers to meet their needs.
- Conduct seminars and presentations.
- Follow up and monitoring of payments.
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions.
- Maintain customer records with latest information.
- Supply weekly report including but not limited to customer visits and activities, competitors, industry and market related information, etc.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Conduct all business within the scope of SMS company policies and mission.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- University Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience of Tool steel and experience from mould & dies, cold forming, die casting, injection moldings or similar
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook knowledge required.
- Strong command of English in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
- Strong command of Hindi in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
