Internal Coordination: Prepare purchase order requisitions and follow up on materials. Coordinate for quality control solutions. Ensure proper packing of goods for dispatch. Calculate freight and coordinate dispatch of shipments. Prepare invoices and ensure quick delivery timelines. Manage customer accounts and ensure timely receipt of payments. Follow up on outstanding receivables. Ensure timely updating of records and generate MIS reports. 2.

Customer Interaction: Provide quotations for products. Address customer queries related to products or other issues. Share shipping information and update customers on in-transit shipments. Ensure timely payment receipts as per agreed payment terms. Resolve quality-related complaints promptly. 3.

Sales Growth and Customer Retention:



Review MIS reports to identify sales trends (product-wise, volume-wise, country-wise). Approach customers with declining sales trends to address issues and improve engagement. Audit customer websites to identify opportunities for additional product sales.
