- Selling of HINCOL products ie Bitumen Emulsion, Modified Bitumen(Crum Rubber Modified Bitumen, Polymer Modified Bitumen) to Road Infrastructures, Construction companies, NH, PWD, Private, Municipals Contractors who are engaged in road construction and maintenance. Appointing Distributors, Establishing Depots
- Collection of payments as per agreed payment terms with customers
- Bituminous product to be sold with technical support, convincing,
- Sales of these product in competitive markets requires aggressive sales follow ups and focus on closing the deal
- Travel in assigned area for marketing the products
- Should have good communication and presentation skills.
- Monitor customer complaints in co-ordination with quality control officer Having good interpersonal relation skill.
- Work with Govt departments for introduction of Recent products regulation management
- Business Development (Source approvals, product trials, technical presentations, transporter meets etc.)
- New Customer additions
- Customer Relations
- All activities should lead to achieving annual sales targets
