Correspondence and communication with customers

Ensure customer complaint resolution within specified time frame

Feedback and learning of the order to dispatch cycle To carry out any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

Skill-Set/ Competencies :





Should be a graduate/ post graduate

Should be well versed with MS Office especially with MS Excel

Fluent in business English; both written and verbal communication skills The candidate should be extrovert by nature and should not hesitate to communicate with external agencies.
