The role focuses on market expansion, demand generation, sales execution, distribution enhancement, and strengthening retail visibility to achieve secondary sales and point-of-sale objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Execute demand generation, merchandising, and visibility initiatives across assigned territories.
- Drive distribution effectiveness through improved product availability, placement, and retail reach.
- Implement special sales and growth initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and track team performance against key business metrics and objectives.
