Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting activities.
- Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to identify potential clients.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate activity and prospect records in CRM tools.

Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in US IT Sales / Lead Generation / SDR roles.
- Strong experience in cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
