Positive at starting conversations—and keeping them moving?

We’re looking for someone to manage outbound outreach and sales follow-ups for Alchemy and our clients. You’ll reach prospects across social media, email, phone, and messaging channels, build relationships, and turn relevant conversations into qualified meetings.

What you’ll do

- Research target companies and decision-makers.
- Start personalised conversations across relevant outreach channels.
- Make prospecting calls, understand requirements, and qualify opportunities.
- Book meetings and manage confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling.
- Follow up consistently with prospects before and after meetings.
- Keep contact records, conversation notes, and next actions updated.

What we’re looking for

- Strong spoken and written English.




- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Ability to understand technical products and services and explain them clearly.
- A working understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Strong follow-up habits, attention to detail, and ownership.
- Comfort with CRM systems, spreadsheets, calendars, and outreach tools.
- Good judgment about which channel to use and when to follow up.

Experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, agency business development, or technical sales would be valuable. You’ll do well here if you’re curious about different businesses, organised across multiple accounts, and reliable about following through.
