As the Sales Development Manager at Tekpillar, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales development representatives to drive revenue growth and expand the company's customer base. Your primary duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and convert them into opportunities. You will also be tasked with analyzing sales data, identifying key areas for improvement, and continually optimizing the team's performance.
