Sales Coordinator – Solar Industry

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in the Solar / Renewable Energy industry. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, reporting, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team and customers for smooth order processing.
- Handle customer follow-ups, quotations, and order coordination.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and MIS.
- Update customer and sales information in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Track sales activities and follow up on pending requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.

Key Requirements





- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support.
- Experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy industry is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
- Experience in customer follow-ups, quotations, order coordination, and sales reporting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Only local Ghaziabad candidates are eligible. Candidates from other locations will not be considered.

Salary

₹35,000–₹40,000 In-Hand per month, depending on experience and skills.
