Quotation & Tender Support: Prepare, format, and dispatch technical commercial quotes and tender documents under the guidance of Sales Engineers. [4]

Order & Dispatch Tracking: Act as the liaison between the sales team, the manufacturing plant/warehouse, and the logistics providers to track dispatches.

Client & Inquiry Management:



Log incoming B2B sales leads from platforms like IndiaMART or direct emails into the internal CRM system.

Payment Follow-ups: Coordinate with client accounts departments to track payment milestones and pending invoices.

Recommended Additions to "Skills & Qualifications":

Industry Knowledge: Basic familiarity with engineering/industrial terminology (e.g., valves, components, HVAC, machinery parts) is a major plus.
