Key Roles and Responsibilities

Order Management and Processing

- Entering, tracking, and verifying purchase orders, invoices, and quotations for accuracy.

- Coordinating with shipping, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

- Informing customers promptly of any delivery delays or status updates.

Customer Support and Communication

- Handling incoming client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

- Providing up-to-date product information, pricing, and basic account details.

- Resolving customer complaints or directing complex issues to the appropriate sales representative.

Sales Administration and Reporting

- Maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) records.

- Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly sales performance reports,



presentations, and dashboards.

- Managing sales collateral, including brochures, price lists, and promotional materials.

Internal Coordination

- Scheduling meetings, client demos, and travel itineraries for the sales team.

- Bridging communication between sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align strategies and campaigns.
