:

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to manage our in-house operations and coordinate with various department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily sales activities and customer orders
- Work closely with Sales, Accounts, and Dispatch & Logistics teams.
- Coordinate with drivers for timely delivery.
- Handle customer queries and complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor stock availability and update the sales team.
- Track customer outstanding payments and follow up on collections
- Maintain sales records, order details and daily MIS reports
- Ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations through effective coordination.

Requirements:

- Any degree
- Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales coordination/customer relationship management
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Valuable Communication, coordination and follow-up skills
- Willingness to learn and take ownership responsibilities

Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per year
