Sales Co- Ordinator
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate invoices, quotations, and Proforma Invoices.
Coordinate Insurance and RTO documentation and follow-ups.
Coordinate machine/vehicle dispatch and delivery documentation.
Handle subvention process and coordinate with finance companies.
Prepare and update MMR/MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and processes.
Make regular follow-up calls to customers and Sales Executives regarding pending documents, payments, delivery, insurance, and RTO.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of all sales-support activities.
Required Skills: Valuable communication, MS Excel, documentation, coordination, follow-up, and attention to detail.
