We are expanding our sales team in Meerut and are looking for ambitious individuals who want to build a career in Sales & Business Development .

? Position: Sales Development Executive

As a Sales Development Executive, you will play an important role in generating recent business, developing customer relationships, and contributing directly to the company's revenue growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

? Making outbound calls and generating new sales opportunities

? Building relationships with retailers, workshops, distributors, and other potential customers

? Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable automotive products

? Following up with leads, inquiries, and existing customers

? Presenting product features, benefits, pricing, and availability

? Working toward monthly sales targets and revenue goals

? Maintaining accurate sales records, reports, and customer information

? Coordinating with internal teams regarding pricing, inventory, and delivery

? Gathering market intelligence and monitoring competitor activity

? Supporting local marketing and promotional initiatives





? Identifying new opportunities for business growth

? Compensation & Incentives

Annual CTC: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹12 LPA The compensation structure includes:

➡️ ₹15,000 – ₹35,000/month fixed salary

➡️ PLUS uncapped performance-based incentives ??

Since this is a sales-driven role , your overall earning potential is directly linked to your performance and ability to consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales quota.
