Profile: Sales Coordinator-Merchandise Manufacturing-Jaipur

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Client Servicing, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience dealing with corporate clients or institutional customers will be preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and confidence may also be considered.

Roles:
- Connect with General Managers, Procurement Heads, HR teams, and other decision-makers of hospitals and corporate organizations.
- Understand client requirements for customized merchandise and branding solutions.
- Recommend suitable products and personalization ideas based on client needs.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details.
- Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.




- Coordinate with internal production and operations teams for timely execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth order processing experience.
- Maintain records of client interactions, quotations, and order status.
- Achieve sales coordination and customer satisfaction objectives.
