Namaste Dwaar is looking for an energetic and customer-focused B2C Sales Executive to drive direct sales and customer acquisition. The person will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, presenting relevant offerings, converting leads into bookings/sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with targets, proactive with follow-ups, and able to create a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle B2C sales enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, website enquiries, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Namaste Dwaar offerings.
- Make outbound calls and conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings/sales.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-up on open leads.
- Explain pricing, packages, inclusions, terms, and payment processes clearly to customers.




- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to purchase.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and basic complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, customer service, finance, and marketing to ensure successful fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM or sales tracker.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Track conversion rates, follow-ups, revenue, and other relevant sales KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for repeat sales, referrals, and upselling/cross-selling.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the sales and management teams.
