About the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated B2B Calling Executive to join our business development team.

The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to businesses, speak with decision-makers, introduce our services, identify potential business opportunities, and generate qualified leads.

This is a calling and business development role, ideal for candidates who are comfortable speaking in English and can handle professional conversations with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound B2B calls to prospective clients.
- Speak with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Introduce company services clearly and professionally.
- Identify potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate calling and lead-generation records.
- Follow up with prospects at the appropriate time.
- Handle basic objections professionally.
- Update lead status and follow-up information in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with the senior business development team regarding qualified prospects.




- Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the sales process.

Requirements
- Graduation is required.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident personality and professional communication style.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Ability to communicate with US-based clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Valuable follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
