The Revolver Club (Bandra) is looking for a Hi-Fi Sales Associate for our flagship store in Pali Village, Bandra West.

Who You Are: You’ll help customers build the right Hi-Fi system for their space, listening preferences, and budget, while supporting product demonstrations, sales, installations, and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Hi-Fi systems

● Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features clearly

● Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, and support the sales process

● Manage billing, orders, and day-to-day sales

● Assist with system setup, installation coordination, and after-sales support

Requirements

● Solid interest and knowledge of Hi-Fi and home audio equipment

● Familiarity with turntables, amplifiers, speakers, streamers, and accessories

Good communication, sales, and customer service skills

● Organised, technically inclined, and comfortable troubleshooting audio systems
