Job Title: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Outreach:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and explain Amazon's products and services.
- Build and maintain a database of potential leads and update customer information as needed.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon's product and service offerings to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries about Amazon products and services.
- Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring that revenue goals are met or exceeded.
- Continuously track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish rapport with customers and build long-lasting relationships.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Sales Techniques:
- Utilize effective telecalling scripts and sales techniques to persuade potential customers to make a purchase.
- Overcome objections and handle rejection professionally.
- Documentation:




- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and leads in a CRM system.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the sales manager.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all Amazon sales policies and guidelines.
- Adhere to legal and ethical standards when conducting sales calls.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share insights, best practices, and strategies for achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:-

- Proven experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in an e-commerce or tech-related industry.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
