Our Story:

We're building the Sephora of jewelry. Tanzire is India's first global marketplace for demi-fine jewelry — curating pieces from 30 women-owned brands across 25 countries. We started online, and now we've brought it all into a physical space at our flagship store in Kala Ghoda, Mumbai.

Tanzire IRL is where customers walk in, touch the jewelry, try it on, and fall in love with it in person. No glass cases, no pressure — just excellent jewelry and even better conversations. This is the most exciting chapter we've built yet, and we're looking for the right person to be part of it.

We're looking for a Sales Associate who loves people as much as they love jewelry. You'll be the first face our customers see when they walk through the door — and the reason they come back.

This isn't a typical retail job. At Tanzire IRL, you're part stylist, part educator, part brand ambassador. You know the pieces inside out, you make every customer feel like they're shopping with a friend, and you care about the experience as much as the sale.

What You’ll Do?

- Deliver a warm, personalized experience for every customer who walks in
- Drive the business through delivering sales and meeting performance metrics including sales per hour, conversion percentage and revenue to target
- Educate our customer on Tanzire’s brand story and stay informed and knowledgeable on all of our products, latest launches, specialized services, care instructions




- Work on a team of motivated and collaborative people who are unified by our corporate mission

- Assist in efficiently transacting customers with accuracy and diligence
- Support in executing all OMNI business services including purchases, returns, exchanges, phone sales, online to offline purchases and vice versa
- Support in maintaining store appearance and inventory through day-to-day upkeep of visual displays and participation in monthly inventory counts
- Participate in the continuous improvement to drive the business forward through identifying any areas of opportunity within our store operations and bringing forward potential solutions
