We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team in a non-voice capacity.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through written communication channels, providing information, addressing inquiries, and ultimately driving sales.

Responsibilities:

- Email Proposals to the target audience
- Lead Generation
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services through written communication channels (emails, chats, messaging platforms).
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the customer experience.
