Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming leads from Justdial and IndiaMART.

- Make regular calls to current and existing leads and understand their requirements.

- Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.

- Share company details, product/service information and quotations with customers.

- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and customer responses.

- Coordinate with the sales and technical team for customer requirements.

- Convert leads into genuine enquiries and sales opportunities.

- Follow up consistently until the lead is closed or converted.

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM.

- Previous experience in sales calling, telecalling or lead generation will be preferred.

- Candidate should be confident, proactive and comfortable making regular calls.

- Knowledge of Justdial and IndiaMART leads will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
